When will my order ship?
- Orders will ship 2 weeks after the on demand timeframe for the show has ended.
How can I pay?
- All major credit cards and Paypal are accepted.
Can I exchange an item?
- Being how all of these merch items are being made to order, we are not able to offer exchanges.
I accidentally selected the wrong size. How can I change it?
- Please email us at info@merchconnectioninc.com with your order number, and the new size needed. We can change your size provided that the on demand viewing period for the show has not yet ended.
I accidentally entered the wrong address at checkout. How can I change it?
- Please email us at info@merchconnectioninc.com with your order number, and the correct address. We can update your address provided that the order has not yet shipped. If it has already shipped, we are not able to change the address, but will reship it for you if it is returned to us.
I decided that I want to cancel my merch order. How can I do that?
- Please email us at info@merchconnectioninc.com with your order number, and let us know that you want it cancelled. We can cancel the order provided that the on demand viewing period for the show has not yet ended.
What brand of garment are the shirts and hoodies printed on?
- Due to an overall scarcity in garments, we can not assure you that any one brand will be used. Most likely, we will be printing on a combination of Alstyle, Tultex, Gildan, and Hanes. That is the nature of the business until supply chains are able to return to normal.
